Across the country, ICE is deploying disabling state violence and fear against our communities, neighbors, and kids. From gun violence and using cars as weapons to ram human beings, from violent street kidnappings to detention centers without adequate medical care and documented rampant abuse — these federal police use violence and fear in ways that will echo in the bodies of too many for lifetimes. 

ICE is disabling our neighbors. 

ICE is disabling our communities. 

ICE is killing our neighbors.

ICE is killing people in our communities. 

Abolishing ICE is disability justice. 

Every form of oppression is disabling. Justice for immigrants and racial justice are both disability justice. Immigrant justice, racial justice, and disability justice are one fight, and we stand united against ICE and for disabled immigrants. 

These designs, created by incredible disabled immigrant designer Jennae Petersen, will continue DCL’s work at this intersection, and support artists and activists doing critical storytelling at the intersection of immigration and disability.
